I'm thinking of getting into the craft scene.
I've been toying with the idea of making purses from found materials for a while now, but I've been wrestling with ways to make them unique, since anyone with a sewing machine could make them too. I had an epiphany the other day looking at some old t-shirts. How many of us have old shirts that we literally love to pieces and eventually have to throw away? What if we could extend their life and usefulness by making them into useful totes?

This is currently theoretical as I have yet to ever make a single one, but if the tests came out good....anyone out there interested in customized purses from your favorite old clothes?

Let me know any and all thoughts on this.

oooo... homework. Ick. Finally done with that for a long time. Just graduated and I am not going to Grad school AAAnnnnnnny time soon. So, working for a highschool or college class?
